Steinmüller Africa is offering a learnership opportunity for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). The programme provides learners with an NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification while gaining practical workplace experience in administration, project coordination, and skills development programmes. The role supports HR, training, and employee wellness initiatives while ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and programme coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for skills development programmes
  • Coordinate internal project initiatives and assist with programme implementation
  • Conduct data integrity checks and quality assurance on programme documentation
  • Track, monitor, and generate reports on training and development programmes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks
  • Maintain service provider documentation
  • Support Employee Wellbeing and Skills Development projects
  • Assist with tracking learner academic progress and bursary costs
  • Help plan and organise project schedules and communications

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Disability confirmation letter (must be submitted with the application)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
